1.3. For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
1.4. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
1.5. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, it is used, inter alia, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). We make every effort to ensure the security of your data. Personal information is stored on computer systems with limited access. These systems are placed in specially protected rooms.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION

2.1. Personal information When you register an account with our store or use it, you voluntarily provide us with certain information. We may ask you for personal information when you register for a user, make a payment, enter a contest or sweepstakes, or visit a site that requires authorization. This personal information may include name, email address, user ID, domain name, URL, mailing address, and telephone number. Resignation from registering and providing this information does not interfere with the use of most areas of the store, however, it prevents account registration and placing orders.

2.2. What information do we collect?
When you use any website, mobile app, or other internet service, some information is automatically created and logged. It is similar in our store. Here are some of the types of information we collect:

  • Log data
    When you use our store, our servers record information (“log data”), including information that your browser sends automatically when you visit websites or that a mobile application sends automatically when you use it. Log data includes your IP address, addresses and activity on the websites you visit, searches, browser type and settings, date and time of the request sent, how the store is used, cookie data and the device you use, information about the service provider and addresses the websites from which you were redirected. If you wish, you can learn more about the types of data we collect in our log files.
  • Cookie data
    We also use cookies (small text files sent by your computer each time you visit our website, assigned to your store account or browser) or similar technologies to collect log data. When we use cookies or similar technologies, we use either session cookies (existing until you close your browser) or persistent cookies (until you or your browser delete them). For example, we use cookies to store your language preferences or other settings so you don’t have to configure them every time you visit our store. Some of the cookies we use are associated with your store account (including information about you such as the email address you provide) and others are not.   • Device data
    In addition to log data, we collect information about the device you are using when visiting our store, including device type, operating system, settings, unique identifier for that device, and failure data to help us understand the situation in the event of errors. Whether we collect all or only some of the above-mentioned information depends on the type of device you are using and its settings. For example, different types of information are available depending on whether you are using a Mac or PC, or an iPhone or Android phone. 3. INFORMATION SHARING

3.1. How and when do we share information? Some of the ways we use information about you require us to share information with third parties so that we can offer you a store interface, ensure our services are efficiently tailored to you, and comply with applicable laws. We share your data:

  • courier companies, order suppliers (only the delivery address which may include your name and surname, home address or registered office address);
  • To third parties or persons we hire to process information on our behalf, based on our instructions and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, we share payment card information with payment processing companies that we use to store payment information. We also share the data with security consultants to improve the spam identification process and with companies providing technical support for the online store. Some of the information we obtain may be collected by third party vendors on our behalf;
  • law enforcement and government agencies. We only share information when we believe disclosure is reasonable and necessary to comply with any law, regulation or legal request; to protect the security, rights or public property of specific individuals or ours; or to detect, prevent, solve or otherwise deal with problems in connection with fraud, security or technical matters;
  • to our affiliated companies and our subsidiaries, of which we are the sole owner. If we were involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, closure, reorganization, or similar business transaction or proceeding involving the provision of information described in this Policy, we would share that information with the company involved in such procedure (for example, with a prospective client).

All third-party companies we share your information with are our trusted partners, committed to the confidentiality of your information and may not use it for any purpose other than that we have authorized. Except as noted above, we will not disclose your personally identifiable information to other entities, including Advertisers, without your express consent. In addition, we will not share, sell, lease or otherwise disclose your personal information, email address list, or mailing list to others for their own promotional purposes.  

4.STORAGE OF INFORMATION

4.1. How long do we keep your information?

We store your data as long as we need it to provide you with our store and achieve the purposes described in this policy. The same is also true for companies and individuals with whom we share information about you and who provide services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information or comply with legal or regulatory obligations, we will remove it from our systems or de-personalize it in such a way that it is impossible to identify you.   

5. YOUR RIGHTS

5.1. What are your rights?
Due to the information we have about you, you have the options set out below. To use them, please contact us. If you are a user residing in the EEA (European Economic Area), you can:

  • access the information we have about you. We usually make them available within 30 days from the moment you send us your inquiry;
  • delete your account. If you delete your account, please contact us;
  • correct or delete information about you. You can update this information in the settings. If you have problems updating information or if you wish, please contact us;
  • revoke consent to the processing of information about you and the sending of marketing e-mails by us. If you opt out of receiving marketing messages from us, we may still send you messages regarding the operation of your account, for example, notifications about placed orders, invoices, orders pending approval, changes in order statuses. We only send you marketing materials if you have consented to it, but if you do not wish to do so, you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • ask for the information provided by you to be sent to another organization in which we store this data with your consent or for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded with you, if technically possible;
  • file a complaint with the regulatory authority. If you live in the EEA and believe that we are not complying with data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY POLICY

6.1. Cookies In connection with making our offer available in the store, we use the so-called cookies, i.e. information saved by servers on the user’s end device, which servers can read each time you connect to this end device, we can also use other technologies with functions similar or identical to cookies. In this document, information on cookies also applies to other similar technologies used as part of our websites.

6.2. What are cookies?
Cookies are understood as IT data, in particular text files, stored in users’ end devices, intended for the use of websites. These files allow to recognize the user’s device and properly display the website tailored to his individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

6.3. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • adapting the content of websites to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the website user’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs,
  • creating statistics (Google Analytics, internal statistics) that help to understand how website users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content,
  • maintaining the website user’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the website,

6.4. As part of our store, we can use the following types of cookies:

  • “Necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website,
  • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website,
  • cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the website pages,
  • “Functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalization of the user interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.

6.5. Changing cookie storage settings
In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the user’s end device by default. Website users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting in the user’s device of the website. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. Failure to change the cookie settings means that they will be stored on the user’s end device, and thus we will store information on the user’s end device and access this information.

6.6. Disabling cookies
Disabling the use of cookies may make it difficult to use some services on our websites, in particular those requiring logging in. Disabling the option of accepting cookies does not, however, prevent the inability to read or view the content posted in the store, subject to those to which access requires logging in.

6.7. Cookies we will use:

  • Google Analytics – collects information on how to browse the website, popularity of individual subpages and data used to personalize ads, e.g. age, gender or user interests. Helps you create interest and demographic reports. These reports in a statistical form can be made public and shared with the company’s business partners.     Description of the cookies used:
    – _utma – a unique domain identifier which (as the name suggests) is unique for each website,
    – _utmb – responsible for storing information about a given visit,
    – _utmc – works with _utmb and its task is to determine whether to start tracking a new visit or whether the collected data should be counted against the old one,
    – _utmz – it contains information about the sources of visits,
    – _utmv – it only appears if your site is using Custom Variable Tracking.
  • Facebook.com – saved when interacting with FB social objects, e.g. with the Like button or logging in via Facebook;
  • session identifier – 32-character identifier of the user’s session, deleted after the end of the browsing session;
  • SEARCHENTO_SID -(optional) product finder session ID; storage time: 1 year;
  • communicate… – contains information about displaying the message to the user; does not expire, prevents it from being redisplayed;
  • newsletter_customer_id_ – contains information about displaying to the user a message about the possibility of adding to the newsletter; prevents it from being redisplayed, storage time: 1 year;
  • cookieInfo – contains information whether the user saw the cookie information, prevents it from being displayed again;
  • template_… – contains information about the set graphic template of the store; storage time: 1 year;
  • visited_categories – contains information on the categories visited by the user; storage time: 1 year;
  • ssupp.chatid, ssupp.barclicked, ssupp.opened – (optional) set by the Smartsupp client communication module, removed when the browsing session is over;
  • ssupp.vid – (optional) set by the module for communication with the Smartsupp client; storage time: 6 months.

6.8. E-mail messages

We may periodically send e-mails to registered users with information about our services. In the sent e-mail message, a picture called “single pixel GIF” may be used, which allows to adapt the message format to the capabilities of the recipient’s computer. This technology also determines the total number of people who open messages. When a user initiates a reply by clicking on a link in the email, they are redirected to the appropriate website. The response is recorded and then used to provide you with materials that are more relevant to your interests.   

7. THE LEVEL OF PROTECTION AGAINST COOKIES IS SET IN EACH BROWSER:

The level of protection against cookies can be set in your web browser – up to blocking cookies completely. This increases the level of security and data protection, but may also prevent some functions, e.g. logging in to an e-mail account.
How are settings changed in the most popular browsers?

Google Chrome Click on the menu (in the upper right corner), Settings tab> Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click the Content Settings button. In the “Cookies” section, you can change the following cookie settings:

Default saving of cookies and site data until the browser is closed
Specifying exceptions for cookies from specific sites or domains

Internet ExplorerFrom the browser menu (upper right corner): Tools> Internet Options > Privacy, Sites button. Use the slider to set the level and confirm the change with the OK button.

Mozilla Firefox From the browser menu: Tools> Options> Privacy. Activate the field Firefox: “will use user settings”.
Cookies are decided by checking – or not – the Accept cookies item.

Opera From the browser menu: Tool> Preferences> Advanced.
